However, new reports indicate that the device which may be launched in April will most likely come into the market with one of the greatest cameras to feature on a mobile phone. The Samsung Galaxy S8 and the S8 Plus will according to rumors come with an upgrade in the camera department like in other departments over the previous version, and the cool part is that the camera mounted on the expected device will add some upgrades to the video recording capabilities.
The camera which enjoys a significant amount of upgrades and improvements is rumored to be able to shoot videos at an insane frame of about 1,000 frames per second which is pretty amazing.
Added to this, Samsung which has been reported to be using DRAM technology in boosting its camera performance by giving the camera a memory buffer of its own which boosts it significantly compared to the usual 120 to 240 frames per seconds found in most other smartphones.
In breaking down the jargons, with the 1,000 frames per second framerate loaded on the much-expected flagship device, video coverage just got a new definition as it allows users to record coverage with detailed slow motion action, meaning all frames in the video count to the last.
Imagine having the clearest of views of the slow motion during video editing without having to deal with the nagging choppy ad blurry images presented by the usual 120 frames per second camera.
Added to this, Samsung is said to be planning major upgrades to the front facing camera also with improvements on the front mounted 8MP camera which is expected to hit the market with a full 3.7MP sensor for facial scanning. With the integration of the 3.7MP front facial scanner, Samsung looks to beat the security breach that may come as a result of its facial scanning technology which will be loaded up on the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8 Plus variant.
The device has also been rumored to be expected to make a significant entry into the tech market soon as there have been rumors of the tech company’s plan to launch the device globally come April.
