Galaxy Note 8

Following rumors which hold that Samsung might be looking to bring back the Galaxy Note 7 into the market after the smartphone suffered major rejection in the market based on the fire incidents reported by several users, the South Korean OEM has been reported to be planning the release of the successor device later in the year.

Samsung which has been rumored to be bringing the refurbished version of the Galaxy Note 7, dubbed Note 7R into the Vietnamese and South Korean market for a lower price has reportedly started production in earnest ahead of the Galaxy Note 8’s release.

The Galaxy Note 8 according to latest report will be coming into the market with a dual-camera setup on the back panel and as a little hint for this, the tech company has in recent claims been reported to have revealed that the Galaxy C10 will in fact feature two lenses on the back panel.

However, for the successor device to the failed Galaxy Note 7 device, the South Korean tech company is set to be testing a range of improvements to load on the device as expected as the device is expected to tow in line of the recently released Galaxy S8 which sported the latest Qualcomm octa-core chipset, the Snapdragon 835 SoC.

The device might, however, be available in variants which will be powered by Samsung’s very own latest SoC, the Exynos 8895 chipset.

Additionally, the device is expected to come into the market sporting compatibility with the yet to be released Samsung AI Assistant, Bixby.

Recall that the tech company had promised that Bixby Voice would be made available in the coming months for the US market although Germany may not be getting the feature till much later in the year.

On the design, the tech company is reported to be choosing a metal build for the device which will most likely come into the market running on the latest Android OS 7 Nougat out of the box.

On the battery front, as against its option to load 3,500 mAh into the Galaxy Note 7 which suffered fire incidents and was recalled totally, the tech company is said to be choosing a 3,200 mAh option as in the Galaxy Note 7 Refurbished which was spotted on FCC certification website and was reported to have been spotted in Vietnamese market some months ago.
