Galaxy S8 Wireless Charging
Following Samsung’s release of the much expected Galaxy S8 and the S8 Plus device, there have been many reviews from tech analysts and fans especially as the device comes with top of the line specs although it doesn’t come with an already activated Bixby voice, one of the major selling points of the device.
However, it looks like the early joy regarding the phone is about to be drowned as there have been some complaints from users of the Galaxy S8 and the S8 Plus regarding the software and rarely on the hardware part.
The recent complaint, however, deals mainly with the Wireless charging option loaded on the device as it appears to be factory broken. Factory broke in the sense that the device seems to lack compatibility with the Qi wireless chargers as reports are coming in indicating that the Galaxy S8 and the S8 Plus variants have failed to work with several wireless charging pads.
However, the issues which have caused a bit of a frenzy among users is currently being investigated as there seem to be no reason at all for the incompatibility issues as some users complain of having problems with specific charging pads while others with the same pads confirm it works just fine.
The issue however on the surface can be in variants of the wireless charging pads not charging the phone at all to not charging fast enough, and before suggesting that the charging pads may be faulty, some users confirmed it worked well with the predecessor, the Galaxy S7.
