Galaxy Tab S3 To Arrive March 24
Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S3 has been noted to be a worthy successor to the Note 10.1 which was released some years ago. The Tablet phone which is expected to be made available across major markets soon has however ahead of its release witnessed the release of a software update.
The device which is rolling out from the stables of the South Korean tech company soon has been hinted to be coming with the latest Android 7.0 Nougat update out of the box and will be available for update as soon as it reaches the end users.
The update which has been released for the device ahead of its launch comes with a few upgrades and patches comes with the firmware version T825JXU1AQC4.
The firmware update, however, is available for only users on the LTE variant of the device which comes into the market with a model number of SM-T825. The Wi-Fi variant of the Galaxy Tab S3 however comes to market with the model number SM-T820. The update will be available OTA for download by users after its purchase and can be checked by accessing the Settings option under which users proceed to the About Device then to the System Updates and then check for updates.
The tablet device has however ahead of the general availability been made available for pre-order in the US through Amazon, Best Buy, Verizon and some other retail stores.
The shipping of the device which s expected to cost $599 in the market is expected to start later in the month.
For specs, the Galaxy Tab S3 comes to market with a 9.7-inch AMOLED screen sporting a resolution of 2,048 x 1,536 pixels.
Under the hood of the device is the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 along with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage memory.
