How To Keep Your Batteries Alive
Anyone who has ever had a cell phone knows that the battery is probably the most important part of a cell phone… that is a rather obvious statement to make, but it is really important; and it’s usually the first part to break. The part that is sad is that this is fate is completely avoidable. Batteries are unknowingly abused by their owners everyday and it’s as simple as taking note of the following pieces of information we are going to be showing you here!
Do Not Over Charge
When a battery is still rather full, meaning it isn’t going to die at any moment and could possibly last a few more hours, you shouldn’t plug it into the wall. Many times charging an already powered battery can damage the storage amount that the battery can hold. Since the battery isn’t empty yet, forcing it to refill can hurt the power cells inside of it. This will make the battery last less and less every time you use it till it finally cannot hold a charge anymore.
Turn Off Your Apps
Want to conserve power? Try turning off the Apps on your smart phone when you are finished using them. When you exit an app the app is still running in the background. With it running it is still sucking away power from your battery and it will eventually wear it out. Just make sure you are turning off any app you are not actually using anymore.
Lower Your Screens Brightness
By lowering how bright your screen is you can dramatically reduce the amount of power being used. Without having the screen constantly sucking away power, your phone will be able to last for quite some time without fear of it dying within one day.
