Following the release of the HTC U Ultra at the CES 2017 tech event, the smartphone which comes to market with customizable features has become one of the most talked about smartphones from the company in the year especially with the promise of a more premium version which will come with a Sapphire build, the HTC U Ultra Sapphire.
Although HTC admitted that the device was not the best it could offer as it stylishly promised a new device later in the year which will most definitely come bearing the latest Qualcomm processor, the Snapdragon 835 SoC, the U Ultra came along with the U-Play in a twin announcement made early in the year, and in a =n happy announcement, the Taiwanese tech company took to its Twitter page to make known that the shipping of the pre-orders or the HTC U Ultra.
The smartphone company further revealed that the general shipping of the device had begun officially while the general shipment of the device will start as from Thursday.
The news comes as a major relieve for those who jumped on the customizable smartphone’s pre-order as they would most likely be taking the delivery of the prized possessions soonest. The tech company, however, looks to be breaking barriers regarding its timing as weeks after it announced that the premium version of the U Ultra would be made available, the tech company started taking pre-orders for what most people had thought would not come until the third quarter of the year.
However, word is yet to be out on the much-expected flagship for the year, the HTC 11 from the tech company which has been said to be coming into the market with top of the line specs and of course better performance compared to the HTC 10 which has already taken its time to evolve in the tech market.
