Following the official unveiling of the Moto G5 and the G5 Plus, Lenovo which acquired Motorola has been hinted ti be bringing more devices to the market. The tech company which was involved in a bit of an identity crisis following its indecision on the incorporation of the3 Motorola name in its brand has been hinted to be bringing more device into the market.
The tech company after its leadership decided to take on the Motorola brand name based on the fan base and the reputation has been hinted to have plans to release another device following the mid-rangers of the Moto G5 and G5 Plus which it released earlier.
According to press renders, the tech company is working on a successor to the Moto Z and the Moto Z Force smartphones although more initial reports indicate that the tech company is looking to bring some of its viral devices from the past into the market in a Moto Mod form.
In a recent leak, the smartphone’s logo for the Moto Z2 surfaced online which further adds to the excitement of what is to be expected of the tech company.
The renders of the device which surfaced online, however, shows the design on the expected smartphone to feature similar structure with the last year’s Moto Z Force. The leak also revealed that the device would come to market with a dual-camera sensor on the back panel and possible mods as the device sports connector pins for Moto Mods.
The successor device also features a physical home button as in its predecessor although the new and much-expected device comes bearing a different design as compared with the previously released device. The latest physical home button featured on the leaked render suggests that it will come with an elliptical home button as opposed to the square structured home button on the predecessor device.
The back panel also features a smooth design along with the dual-camera setup although details regarding the camera sensors are yet unknown.
As the tech world expects the official release of the Smartphone, the press renders for three other smartphones made its way online showing off the Moto C, Moto C Plus, and the Moto E4.
The Moto E4 and E4 Plus comes into the online space showing a new design and coming in as Motorola’s cheapest smartphones to date. The device, under its hood, is expected to sport up to 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
For display, the device is expected to feature a 5-inch screen with either HD or FWVGA resolution and a battery capacity of about 2,350 mAh.
Under the hood, the device will dump the Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC to run on a MediaTek chipsets and a battery capacity of 4,000mAh for the Moto C Plus variant.
On the camera front, both the Moto C and C Plus will come with a rear 5MP camera sensor while on the front panel, it will feature a 2MP sensor.
The Moto E4, on the other hand, will, however, run on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat with a battery capacity of as much as 2,800 mAh and support for 4G LTE connectivity option. The premium variant, the Moto E4 Plus will come powered by a 5,000 mAH battery.
