Motorola Moto RAZR Mod
Lenovo seems to be pushing weight with the Motorola smartphones after it entered into a bit of identity crisis following the decision o f the company to retain the Motorola name which it had earlier discarded for the likes of ‘Moto by Lenovo’ and the more common one ‘Moto.’
The tech company which had in a recent announcement revealed that it is looking to tap into the wealth of fan base belonging to the Motorola brand name has hinted on the possible release of the Moto Z smartphone’s accessories.
Recall that the Motorola Moto Z made it big in the market because of its abilities to have mods attached to it for better productivity function, the tech company which had been working on more accessories for the device has however teased new accessories expected to make it into the market soon.
Coming via the Motorola Malaysia page on Facebook, the tech company revealed that it might be working on the RAZR as a Moto Mod as contained in the new image shared on its social media page.
According to the material shared on the Motorola Malaysia page, the Moto RAZR, “an icon returns as a Moto Mod.” The company further added that it is looking to bring back the iconic AZR which changed the face of 2000.
It added that the device would come with new and improved specs loaded on as a Moto Mod. Recall that the Moto RAZR was released in 2004 originally and it quickly spread like wildfire amongst fans for obvious reasons which included the design, camera, and specs.
The RAZR in the US became the bestselling smartphone in the country until November 2008, and the Mod version is expected to hit the shelves soon.
Recall that the Moto RAZR which sold over 150 million units globally managed a comeback in the form of the DROID RAZR series in 2011 and 2012 although it came sporting a different shape and design, the device coming in its Mod version is most likely going to wow the tech market as enthusiasts believe Lenovo may be looking into incorporating the Amazon Alexa smart AI assistant into the device.
