Nokia in partnership with HDM Global made a daring start in the year with the release of the Nokia 6 device which took the market by storm gathering over two hundred and fifty thousand pre-registrations at the unveiling during the CES 2017 event held in January.
The partnership has since yielded much more as the tech company has released some more devices into the market including a rebooted version of the legendary Nokia 3310 device which comes into the market sporting increased battery capacity amongst other specs.
The tech company has since released more devices including the Nokia 3, and Nokia 5 devices is reported to be planning more releases across 120 markets in the world for the second quarter of the year as the vice president of HDM Mobile in India, Ajay Mehta, revealed in a recent interview that more devices are coming to market in the second quarter of the year.
The news comes on the heels of schematic leaks of the much-awaited premium device from the tech company, the Nokia 9 which has been said to be coming to the market with the Nokia 8 device which is although not as powerful but will serve better in the mid-range market.
The Nokia 9 device will, however, come into the market sporting top of the line specs including a Snapdragon 835 chipset under the hood along with as much as 6GB of RAM. In addition to the latest Qualcomm chipset, the device is expected to feature a dual camera setup on the rear panel and a smooth, thin bezel on the top and bottom sides.
The device is rumored to be release to market by late June or early July according to reports as the tech company has been rumored to be planning a possible release of the mid-range Nokia 7 and 8 devices.
The device is expected to feature the Snapdragon 660 chipset under the hood with one of it sporting a 1080p display and the other, a QHD screen.
On the design, Nokia is expected to release the device sporting a metallic design with thinner bezels and a uni-body frame on both devices to give a better feel.
