OnePlus 3 & 3T to get Google Assistant
Google at the Mobile World Congress 2017 which held some weeks ago in Barcelona dropped a bombshell on all tech lovers and OEM who wanted a piece of its Google Assistant application but don’t have the latest Google flagship devices, the Pixel or Google Home.
The tech company at the event revealed that the AI Assistant would be coming to other devices outside its brand which is compatible with the integration and it looks like we are beginning to see the fruit of its promise.
In what looks like a scheduled roll out of the integration, the Google Assistant feature is now available on the OnePlus 3 and 3T device.
The integration comes as the tech company which made its way into the limelight three years ago is making plans in preparation for the successor to the OnePlus 3 and 3T models of its devices.
OnePlus took to its official social media handle (@oneplus) on Twitter to announce the big step.
However, the OnePlus is somewhat late on the announcement as some other tech companies have received the assistant update weeks earlier.
The OnePlus 2, however, remains to be seen on the Android 7.0 Nougat update roll out list.
